Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed and dispatched the very same day and will be with you in 2-3 days. Orders placed after 12 noon will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are subject to road and weather conditions and may increase around the main holidays such as Christmas and New Year.

Some of our products will be dispatched by our suppliers if our stock level is low.

Items that are currently out of stock and we have no more available in the UK, a leadtime of up to six weeks should be expected as a shipment will already be on its way to us.

Note: You will always be notified either on screen, by telephone or email if a certain item is out of stock.

If a return is required and the reason being is a change of mind and if a sample was sent out to you, then a surcharge of £35.00 + VAT restocking fee will be applicable.

If any items are declared damaged upon delivery then these items will be collected and replaced free of charge.

If an item was not declared damaged upon receipt of delivery then those items will NOT be replaced free of charge.
