Order Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed and dispatched the very same day and will be with you in 2-3 days. Orders placed after 12 noon will still be processed but dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be processed but dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times are subject to road and weather conditions and may increase around the main holidays such as Christmas and New Year.

Some of our products will be dispatched by our suppliers if our stock level is low.

Out of Stock Items
With items that are currently out of stock, with no availability in the UK, delivery will take up to six weeks, as a shipment will already be on its way to us. You will always be notified either on screen, by telephone or email if a certain item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock and you require a refund, please inform our sales team to arrange this.

Returns & Refunds
If a return is required and the reason being is a change of mind or an incorrect order, then a 25-45% restocking fee will be applicable.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be returned to the account used to purchase the goods and will show up on your bill as 'Retail Development & Investments Limited'.

Damages
If any items are declared damaged upon delivery then these items will be collected and replaced free of charge. If an item was not declared damaged upon receipt of delivery then those items will NOT be replaced free of charge.
